Caring for Those Who Serve
The Ministers Welfare Ministry exists to provide spiritual, emotional and practical support for the
men and women who faithfully serve in ministry. Recognizing that our pastors, ministers and church
workers pour themselves out for the flock, this ministry ensures that they, too, are cared for with love, honor and dignity.

Our goal is to promote the well-being of every minister by offering encouragement, counseling, financial assistance (where needed) and opportunities for rest and renewal. We believe that healthy ministers build healthy churches, and that caring for our leaders is an expression of our love for
Christ and His body.

What We Do
Provide regular prayer and encouragement for ministers and their families
Organize retreats, appreciation events and wellness initiatives
Offer confidential support in times of need or transition
Coordinate financial or material assistance for ministers facing challenges
Strengthen fellowship and unity among the ministry team

Our Mission:
To nurture, honor, and empower every minister to continue serving God with joy, strength and
peace of mind.
